Looking out the window while cursing the lack of snow, I noticed the presence of scattered clouds with clear sky remaining. Since I was already up, might as well take the opportunity to go out for pictures! I picked up my gear and headed towards the downtown of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu. I chose to walk in the area of the railway bridge.<\/p>\n<p>I composed the image by placing my camera low to the ground in order to emphasise the state of decrepitude and have the tracks lead to the sunset. Then I took multiple exposures in order to combine them afterward. I chose the lowest ISO (100) with an aperture of f\/11 while zooming out my lens to its widest angle or 17mm.
