\"\"Last summer, I returned to our fishing spot in a distant Abitibi! This secluded place is a haven of peace and silence isolated from the hectic life of the big cities.<\/p>\n

During one of these visits, we met a rather particular duck whose story I told in this article<\/a>. That day, I decided to stay at the camp instead of going fishing. I told myself that I would take advantage of this moment to make some photos.<\/p>\n

When we arrived, we noticed this duck (actually two!) who were walking around the camp. So, during this brief moment of isolation, I walked on the boardwalk and the wharf. When this duck saw me, he came towards me, probably for me to feed him. The funny thing is that it went back and forth in sync with my walks on the boardwalk.<\/p>\n

Seeing this, I went to get my zoom lens. Again, he followed me! Once my camera set up for the capture, I tried to take a picture of the duck. Unfortunately, as he did not seem afraid of my presence, he was getting too close for me to be able to focus on him. I went back to the camp to grab a slice of bread. Once outside, the duck came back to me again. I crumbled the slice of bread, prepared my camera and started to throw the pieces at a good distance so that I could focus!<\/p>\n

I did this several times until I ran out of bread. I got up and the duck went away quietly, a bit like it had happened in the story told previously.<\/p>\n

In this photo, what made me smile is the way the duck was walking: it reminded me of a television show of my childhood. Those from my generation will recognize this one: Saturnin, but with a duck of a different color!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
