During summer of 2017, I took a course that diminished my free time. Hence, I had less opportunity to go out taking pictures. As the days went by, the weeks were adding up, the artistic pressure rose more and more. So much that in mid-July, I could not take it anymore! I had to go out with a camera…
That evening of July, there was a band of clouds that filled the sky. Since my decision to go out was at the last minute, I did not have many options. I left and drove a little less than 2 km to go a neighbourhood called “the legends” where there is a golf course. I saw that the sunset would be wonderful and this section of golf course among the houses would be my favourite places!
I took out my equipment under the inquisitive eyes of the people who took their evening walk and I settled on this tee off. This is the old part of golf that existed before the legends district.
I started to make some pictures, studying my composition. Then, a golfer came by; a true player I dare to believe since he was still playing at that time! It was almost 9:00 pm. The colors were wonderful and I opted for this composition while shooting in bracketing mode so I could assemble the shots in post-production.
It was for me a “legendary” sunset … Fooooooore!
