During the summer of 2015, I slowed the pace on barn photos… I must say that I missed it quite a bit. I went out one morning in early October to take pictures, the same day I photographed the auger (see article here). I wanted to make discoveries/explorations and so I took road 227 that leads to St-Sebastian. There was this barn in a freshly harvested field and fortunately, the soil was not too wet to make it into a mud field. I moved towards the barn in the field in order to have the sun on the corner of the building. I made a series of photos to build an HDR in post-production. I had no foreground elements that could give some dimension to the image; only the shade can compensate this lack by creating a guiding line to the barn.
